Growing up in Minnesota I was able to get my "farmer's permit" at 14 years old. We lived in the country and on a farm. Since it was a distance to get to a feed store, we were able to drive young. Not sure I ever did get to a feed store but it was exciting to drive so early in my teenage years. I rarely saw a car and probably drove a little too fast

Any day is a good day to make food on a stick! B&C Wurst made bratwurst kabobs over the weekend and they were delicious! Sharing the recipe we used for your enjoyment! Even though our favorite Pennsylvania groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, says there will be six more weeks of winter, it doesn't mean you can't be grilling! The winter weather has brought extremes across the country. As we all looking forward to longer days and sunshine, it's the perfect time to think about bratwurst! Regardless of the conditions our brats grill juicy and delicious.

We received an awesome post on Facebook from our valuable customers The Gelotte's! They made a quick and delicious meal by using our bratwurst, cabbage, and onions. Now if we could only smell and taste it. Slice 2 onions, add to skillet with 2 tablespoons butter, add cabbage, salt and pepper. Give it a try, make it your own, and enjoy!
