What is the best way to cook your bratwurst?

Our recommendation is to grill the bratwurst slowly over medium-low heat (between 300 and 350 F).  It should take about 20 minutes to hit the desired internal temperature of 160 F.  Remember to turn them often for each side to get caramelized.

Trying to rush the process by using high heat is a frowned upon in the bratwurst world. Too much heat is going to char the outside and cause the casing to split open, which will allow the juices to spill out.

Which of your bratwurst are gluten free?

Our bratwurst flavors have no added gluten. There may, however, be gluten hidden in some added spices or added cheese. Our spice/cheese supplier may use gluten in some of their other products. The gluten would be minimal.
